A strong, grounding class that focuses on using modifications and safe transitions to prepare you for a more advanced practice. You will learn to breathe in a way that guides your physical practice. Great for those entering (or re-entering) the yoga world, as well as for those working with or through an injury. Expect to finish class feeling strong, more flexible and empowered by your strength, no matter how you come to your mat. Takes place in a warm room.
A slow-paced class that is calming and balancing to the mind and body, and increases both flexibility and mobility in joints and tissues. You will move more consciously into the poses and hold the poses for longer periods of time. Props will be used. Class takes place in a gently heated room.
A class for the most advanced practitioner. You will practice arm balancing, inversions and binding. A great class for Teachers or Teacher trainers looking to step up their practice and teaching game. A minimum of 2 years of a consistent yoga practice is highly recommended before coming to this class. Class is taught in a warm room.
